When my friends Laura + Dan told me they were getting married and asked me if I would take some photos at their super casual but intimate ceremony, my first initial reaction was an excited squeal- photographing weddings of people I know is extra special!!! But when I learned of their wedding date, my heart instantly sank. It was right smack in the middle of my trip to Alaska last month, and I couldn't have been more bummed. BUT, since I couldn't be there with them, I decided to see if I could talk them into putting on their wedding attire before the wedding to snap a few photos at one of my favorite Milwaukee spots. They happily agreed, and I'm so glad they did. How cute are they!??
